Main Stage
So much gelato talent, so little time. During the World Grand Finale, the Main Stage will host a full program of moments dedicated to the world of gelato. Here, outstanding international jurors will lead the Technical Jury Sessions, evaluating the creations of the competing Gelato Chefs. The stage will also feature cooking classes and live demonstrations, offering insights, techniques, and inspiration from some of the most respected professionals in the gelato world. We proudly highlight the collaboration of the Grand Finale of Gelato Festival World Masters with the Italian Trade Agency and SIGEP USA, key partners in promoting excellence in Italian gelato worldwide. It also marks the first-ever SIGEP USA, organized by Italian Exhibition Group, bringing Italian artisanal excellence and innovation to the pizza and food service sectors. The initiative also features the Italian Pavilion, created by the Italian Trade Agency, showcasing the best of Italian craftsmanship and industry expertise.
